Our Historical Chronology

1998

Aristo-Cote Inc. is founded as a boutique polyurea applicator utilizing our signature Quantumshield™ brand, starting with just 3 employees inside a compact 8,000 square foot operational workspace.

Early 2000s

Pioneered the innovative application of protective Quantumshield coatings for automotive returnable dunnage packaging, earning an unmatched reputation for on-time delivery metrics, value-driven pricing, and structural quality.

2010

Launched our dedicated Rack Design & Prototype engineering services division, accelerating directly into high-volume full-scale production manufacturing for welded rack assemblies and industrial line carts.

2015

Integrated plastic corrugated processing machinery into our active packaging divisions and opened our standalone full-scale turnkey Tube & Joint equipment logistics facility in Livonia, Michigan.

2016 - Present

Inaugurated our advanced CNC fabric cutting and textile sewing division. Transitioned corporate branding to Aristo Industries to perfectly represent our complete, multi-tiered material handling material flow ecosystem.
